Day 6 of decluttering. Tonight I tackled old escrow files boxes ( 6+ years old) which were piled up in my garage. I went through 3 boxes of old files. In each case I was surprised how long ago the escrow had closed. Since  with most I could still distinctly remember where I was when the buyer or seller called to list or buy with me. With most of the buyers I am still in touch but staying in contact with sellers have been trickier since many have moved out of the area. I hope all are well and happy !There were 7 properties with double files since  I brought the buyers to the homes and  later listed and sold for them.I had to stop after 3 boxes since I filled the blue recycle container which was my goal! Just 4 more boxes to go!
